Beautiful beach home w gulf views and beach access right out the front door! This home has it all. Beautifully decorated 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps families up to 12 people with 9 adults max) Step out the front door and head right to beach access #7 right out your front door. Take the family over and enjoy the day at the beach. Come home, shower off and enjoy the fenced-in private pool while you grill out for the family. OR head down to Schooners, where the locals hang out, to enjoy sunset and a wonderful meal!

The kids can enjoy the 3rd Story Bonus Room with lots of space to chill out after a long day and catch the amazing beach views from inside or on the large large deck. The Bonus Room has a pull-out sofa bed and a trundle bed, a large TV, wet bar and half bath. This home is laid out wonderfully, with the King bedroom on the first floor with a connecting private bathroom, 2 king bedrooms on the second floor. Both have their own private bathroom, one with Jacuzzi bathtub and private balcony with beach views and the 2nd has it's own private bathroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the bedroom as well.

The kitchen is on the first floor and opens to the living space. You can prepare dinner as you visit with friends and family hanging out in the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with all the cookware you need to entertain or prepare a simple meal for the family. A full size washer and dryer is provided to help keep caught up with your laundry while on vacation.

 

Perhaps the best feature of this home (besides the decor and views!!!) is the LOCATION! Again, walking distance to Schooners, St. Andrews State Park, Patches and a short drive to many other 'locals-favorites' restaurants. A few additional notable places: Captain Anderson's, Grand Marlin, Andy's Flour Power, Dat Cajun Place, Christo's Sports Bar, Papparazzi Deli...among others! Also close-by (within 1.5 miles) are 2 grocery stores, Publix and Winn-Dixie. Location really can't be beat!

 

Please Note:

-The maximum amount of adults is 9 and families up to 12 people.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT! 

-STRICT PET POLICY: Pet fee is $275.00., plus tax and is non-refundable. Dogs only! Absolutely NO CATS ALLOWED. 35lb weight limit. Dog must be in crate when guest is away from home for any length of time. Dogs may NOT be allowed in the fenced in pool area while guest is not in the home. Again, dog must be crated. All waste in and around property will be kept picked up and cleaned up and disposed of properly. You will be charged a $500 fee and be asked to leave immediately if you do not adhere to this pet policy. Guest will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet.

 

 

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
