WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT?
Check in is 4:00PM, Check out is 10:00AM (Central Standard Time). Early check in is typically not available during peak season and may be extended to 6:00PM
HOW & WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS?
All information you will need for your stay will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your arrival.
HOW DO I GET KEYS?
All of our homes have electronic locks or lock boxes so that entry can be gained 24/7. Please keep in mind that all electronic locks are set to open at 4:00PM on day of check in unless prior arrangements have been made.
WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as coffee maker, iron, toaster, and standard essential items including cookware. Blu Rudder Rentals furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial supplies include dishwasher soap, small washing machine pod, each bathroom has amenities (like a hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, and soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
IS THERE INTERNET OR WiFi IN MY RENTAL HOME?
All of our rental homes provide FREE WiFi access. About 3 days prior to arrival you will receive an email from Blu Rudder Rentals with check in instructions that will contain Wi-Fi access information and any username and password information. Please keep in mind that while Wi-Fi services are complimentary it does not guarantee Wi-Fi strength one may be accustomed to at home. Services may be sporadic, intermittent, or not available during your stay due to weather conditions, service provider issues or other reasons. Blu Rudder Rentals cannot be held responsible in the event services are not available anytime during your stay.
Please be aware some homes may have surveillance devices located on the exterior of the home and at entry points to the home. Any home with a surveillance device is noted within content for said home.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We do have pet-friendly (dogs only, no cats at this time) accommodations. Violators will be asked to leave and no refunds will be made if you have a pet in a home which doesn’t accept pets.
Pet Fee for our pet-friendly homes is $275 nonrefundable pet fee.
A Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. The Pet Fee does NOT include any damages done by the pet and will be charged accordingly to the credit card we have on file. Dogs only, non-shedding.
Maximum of 2 dogs - unless previously authorized
SERVICE ANIMALS - Service animals must remain with the owner at all times and may not be left in the home alone at any time.
WHAT FEES ARE INCLUDED WHEN I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
Each home has a credit card fee, cleaning fee, reservation fee and Florida taxes along with the rental rate.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations within 30 days of the check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless trip cancellation insurance has been purchased and it is for a covered reason.
No refunds for early departures.
DOES PANAMA CITY BEACH HAVE OVERFLOW PARKING?
The city of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day. These lots are located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive, and 11117 Front Beach Road. If you have questions regarding the use of these lots, please contact the Public Works office at (850) 233-5100 ext. 2416.
WHY BOOK A VACATION HOME OR CONDO OVER A HOTEL STAY?
Vacations are meant for relaxation, fun and should offer every convenience. Vacation Homes allow family members to stay together while providing the space for everyone to have their own privacy as well. Fully equipped kitchens offer you the option to have some meals at "home" saving money for excursions and shopping. In addition to more space and a kitchen to prepare meals, our vacation homes provide private pools or hot tubs for your enjoyment and privacy.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO UPON DEPARTURE?
Please do the following prior to leaving:
Clean out the refrigerator and discard all items.
Please place all trash in trash container outside.
Please make sure all dishes are clean by loading and running the dishwasher. If you run the dishwasher, please allow time for it to run a complete cycle. Please don’t leave the home with the dishwasher running. Or you may clean the dishes by hand.
Please do not strip the beds and DO NOT wash the bed linens or towels.
